Qualifications

• Experience with video networking and AV over IP systems.
• Familiarity with firewall, VPN and remote access workflows.
• Knowledge of authentication like AD and SSO.
• Experience with virtualization platforms such as Proxmox.
• Basic scripting and automation for routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite AV management and support for events across Capital Campus venues.
• Oversee and coordinate Annenberg Studio operations and client support tasks.
• Maintain Capital Campus networks and assist with security and updates.
• Troubleshoot tenant hardware/software problems and coordinate basic endpoint support.
• Document systems administration procedures and escalation paths.
