Job summary

The Senior IT Administrator at USC Capital Campus in Washington, DC will manage onsite IT and AV support for client and internal events, and ensure readiness of the Annenberg Studio. The role coordinates with LA IT teams to align standards and escape paths for issues.

Ideal candidates bring strong AV/IT operations experience, tenant support skills, and proven capability to maintain secure, reliable networks and production environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with NDI, Dante and AV over IP network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with firewall and remote access concepts, including VPN.

Responsibilities

• Event Support: onsite AV management and client-ready event execution in all Capital Campus spaces.
• Annenberg Studio Operations: support studio sessions, health checks and readiness.
• Capital Campus Network: maintain network health, perform updates and backups.
• Tenant Support: troubleshoot hardware/software, document procedures and assist tenants.
