Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an AV Systems Administrator to maintain and support the AV infrastructure at its Washington DC site and other locations as needed. You will ensure conference rooms, All-Hands spaces, and training rooms stay operational, well‑trained users, and easily accessible.

Travel up to 30% for new office setups and deployments, with on‑call support to keep meetings running smoothly. You will manage hardware, software, and network components, coordinate with vendors, and work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS or related field.
• Experience in AV system administration.
• Familiar with Zoom, MS Teams, and editing software (Photoshop, Premiere, OBS, Wirecast).
• Experience with AV equipment (Mixers, Mics, Cameras, Crestron, QSYS).
• Experience with VMware and Hyper-V.
• Strong analytical and problem solving under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work autonomously and with a team.
• Experience with physical LV/AV installations.
• Experience managing contractors for events.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support AV infrastructure and conferencing systems.
• Oversee AV in conference rooms, All-Hands, and training rooms.
• Keep systems updated to ensure availability during business hours.
• Provide specialized support for AV events, from podcasts to conferences.
• Design and install AV systems across spaces.
• Assist in coordinating AV for new offices and spaces.
• Maintain operability of meeting spaces with swift issue resolution.
• Address hardware, software, network, and service interruptions.
• Support end-users with installation and troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex issues to vendors/internal teams.
• Be available for weekly on-call duties.
• Travel up to 30% for new office setups and remote AV requirements.
