Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an experienced IT Architect to lead enterprise automation initiatives and safeguard the integrity of the application environment. You will act as a technical SME, define architecture, and guide teams through complex design decisions.

You will collaborate with architects, product owners, and vendors to ensure scalable, secure automation solutions and strong governance across projects. A strong background in UiPath and RPA is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise automation.
• Experience with UiPath platform, orchestration, and automation governance.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and data-driven decision skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural designs and enforce application architecture vision.
• Act as SME for software applications supported by the team.
• Drive technical expertise, cross-team collaboration, and risk design.
• Engage with 3rd party vendors, provide metrics and status reporting.
• Oversee ITIL processes, change management, and production stability.
