Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an experienced Advisor to lead its Intelligent Automation program and UiPath platform. This role directs people and processes across IT, collaborating with clinical and business leaders to align initiatives with OhioHealth strategies.

You will manage vendor relationships, drive innovation with RPA and IDP, and shape the automation roadmap. Remote with occasional onsite in Ohio, 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of progressive IT leadership in enterprise automation.
• Experience leading UiPath and RPA programs with offshore/onsite vendors.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Intelligent Automation program and UiPath platform across OhioHealth.
• Oversee third-party vendor performance and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with clinical and business leaders to prioritize initiatives.
• Design and implement operational plans and roadmaps for automation.
• Provide daily management and governance of automation initiatives.
• Drive innovation through RPA and IDP and process mining.
