Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a results-driven IT Automation Program Lead to direct UiPath operations and the automation lifecycle across clinical and business units. Ability to lead vendors and manage stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct IT automation initiatives and UiPath platform operations.
Collaborate with operational leaders to align strategy with program roadmap.
Design, communicate and implement enhancements aligned with roadmaps and manage vendor work.
Oversee supplier relationships and performance reporting.
Direct people management and development within the assigned area.
Plan and control operating and capital budgets for automation efforts.
