Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an IT Tech Lead for Enterprise Automation to drive architecture, governance, and technical excellence across automated solutions. You will partner with architects, BAs, and product owners to shape the automation roadmap and ensure high-quality, scalable deployments.

Strong leadership, debugging, and KPI reporting are essential for success. You will act as a senior technical expert, guide teams through complex challenges, oversee governance and change management, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science or related field.
5+ years with a bachelor’s degree (or 12–15 years without) of progressive leadership in enterprise automation.
Proven debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
Experience leading code/design reviews and agile team meetings.
Ability to develop metrics/KPI reports and root cause analyses.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with architects, analysts, product owners, and peers to enforce architecture vision and ensure integrity of the environment.
Act as subject matter expert for supported applications and lead technical problem solving.
Serve as deep technical expert, drive cross-team collaboration, identify risks, and design contingency plans.
Implement governance, QA, and standards for software architecture compliance; drive technology change to deliver outcomes.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on operational processes, change/release management, and performance reporting.
