Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an experienced IS Corporate Systems professional to lead enterprise automation initiatives. You will act as a technical SME, drive architecture decisions, and guide teams across optimization, governance, and DevOps practices for scalable IT services.

You will collaborate with architects and managers to align metrics and KPIs, perform risk assessments, and ensure quality through automated tests and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Science.
• 5+ years with a bachelor’s degree or 12–15 years without for progressive leadership in enterprise automation/RPA.
• Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Lead code/design reviews and daily/weekly meetings.
• Facilitate quick technology resolutions within teams.
• Collaborate with Architects and Managers to develop Metrics & KPI’s.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, product owners, and peers to enforce application architecture vision and safeguard environment integrity.
• Function as subject matter expert and advocate for supported software applications.
• Serve as deep technical expert for the applications supported by the team.
• Support cross-team technical collaboration; identify risks and contingency plans; analyze operations for improvements.
