Job summary

Hermeus is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to serve as the technical anchor for daily IT operations in our Atlanta, GA office. You will own endpoint management, identity, and endpoint security, driving automation and scalable IT practices as we grow.

You will mentor junior staff and partner with Cyber, Networking, and People teams to deliver secure, reliable IT services. You will manage Windows/macOS/Linux endpoints, administer Intune and Autopilot, and support Microsoft 365, AD, and

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive IT support or systems support experience in an end-user or service desk environment.
Experience across Windows, macOS, Linux with solid LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and wireless troubleshooting.
Proven PowerShell proficiency with examples of automation in production.
Process-oriented with documented procedures, root cause analysis, and operational improvements.
Ability to handle high-volume tickets while mentoring junior staff.
Onsite in Atlanta, GA with weekly on-call and travel 1–2 times per quarter.

Responsibilities

Provide senior-level, hands-on service desk support including ticket intake, prioritization, documentation, and resolution.
Own endpoint management for Windows/macOS fleet, Intune, Autopilot, and patch management.
Administer identity, security, and compliance controls across Microsoft 365, AD, and Entra ID.
Collaborate with Cyber, Networking, and People teams; write and maintain SOPs and automations.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours incidents and maintenance windows.
