Job summary

Hermeus is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to be the hands-on anchor for daily IT operations at the Atlanta, GA site. You’ll resolve tough issues, mentor junior staff, and automate processes with PowerShell to scale IT service delivery.

You’ll work with Cyber, Networking, and People teams, manage a high-volume ticket workload, and participate in weekly on-call rotations with occasional travel to other Hermeus sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support or service desk environments.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and communicate with non-technical users.
• Proven track record documenting and standardizing procedures; root-cause analysis.
• Automation experience with PowerShell; Python/Bash a plus.
• On-site presence in Atlanta, GA with periodic travel and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities
