Job summary
Spring Health, a remote-first United States company, is seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer to design and implement complex automations and integrations across core systems. You will work as a technical peer with teams and vendors, shaping patterns and driving adoption of scalable solutions.
You will own monitoring, incident response, and error handling in governed environments, partnering with security and engineering to deliver reliable automation that reduces manual work and increases
Qualifications
- 7+ years in automation or IT systems engineering.
- Hands-on delivery of business-critical automations.
- Experience with Workato or similar iPaaS.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems via APIs and webhooks.
- Proficiency in Python scripting.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver complex automations that connect core systems.
- Document approaches for repeatability and future use.
- Fix root causes in integrations and data contracts.
- Develop reusable patterns and components across IT.
- Own monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
