Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager of IT Audit & Data Analytics to lead and oversee the IT internal audit program and the strategic analytics initiatives within Global Assurance & Advisory Services. You will identify technology risks and drive analytics, automation, and AI-driven tools to strengthen internal controls and SOX testing.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of IT general controls (ITGCs) and cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
• Experience with IT risk management, project management, and data analytics capabilities.
• Strong ability to visualize data and present IT findings in executive dashboards and reports.
• Proven collaboration across regions, business units, and functions; strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/quantitative master’s preferred; CISA certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT risk assessment and annual audit plan across cybersecurity, infrastructure, applications, governance, and cloud environments.
• Champion design and implementation of internal audit data analytics strategy and automation.
• Oversee end-to-end IT audits and data-driven, integrated audits with measurable value.
• Mentor and develop a global team of IT audit and data analytics professionals.
• Ensure high-quality reporting and clear, actionable audit findings and dashboards.
