Trane Technologies seeks a Senior Associate to perform value-add audits under the Americas internal audit team. The role requires 4+ years of audit and internal controls experience and the ability to guide a 5–8 person team to deliver high-quality engagements.

You will develop strong technical skills in accounting, IT controls, and analytics, collaborate with global Assurance & Advisory Services, and manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment with travel up to 30%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent.
• 4+ years of combined relevant audit, consulting, or manufacturing accounting experience.
• CPA or CIA preferred or actively pursuing.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and Word; Oracle R12 experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Execute a broad range of audit and compliance initiatives with guidance from Americas management team.
• Serve as the auditor-in-charge to lead audit projects.
• Plan, fieldwork, and reporting of engagements while supervising staff.
• Analyze evidence, assess internal controls, and document findings.
• Leverage data analytics and collaborate with IT Audit, SOX, and global teams.
• Draft concise, well-supported audit reports and working papers.
• Maintain technical skills in accounting, audit, IT, and related areas.
• Support ad-hoc activities and projects as needed.
