Trane Technologies plc is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Audit & Data Analytics to lead the IT internal audit program and strategic data analytics initiatives within Global Assurance & Advisory Services. This role manages IT risks, champions analytics, automation and AI to enhance audit procedures and SOX testing, and develops a global team of IT and data analytics professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or related field required.
• MBA or Master’s degree in quantitative/technical field is a strong plus.
• Certification: CISA required.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Risk Assessment & Audit Plan focusing on cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, applications, governance, and cloud environments.
• Drive Data Analytics & Automation Strategy to support assurance and SOX testing.
• Oversee end-to-end audits including planning, execution, and reporting with strong value delivery.
• Mentor and develop a global team of IT audit and data analytics professionals.
• Oversee cybersecurity reviews, IT policy compliance, infrastructure operations, and emerging tech implementations.
• Collaborate with business units to redesign processes and strengthen internal controls.
• Ensure high-quality reporting and clear, actionable findings.
