First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking a Manager, Internal Audit - Compliance to lead, plan, and execute risk-based audits. The role develops auditors, oversees fieldwork, and advises business leaders on control improvements.

In a hybrid environment with in-office presence one day weekly, you’ll coordinate with external auditors and regulators, escalate issues, and drive remediation actions while maintaining independence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of regulatory compliance risk within financial services.
• Experience leading a diverse team including hiring, coaching and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of Compliance Management Systems (CMS) and related governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of auditors in a hybrid work environment with effective people leadership.
• Manage audit engagements to scope, quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
• Support annual risk assessment and audit planning across business areas.
