Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Senior Digital Banking Full Stack Engineer to lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable web and mobile banking experiences, with hands-on work in JavaScript, .NET/C#, and API/microservices.

You will build responsive web apps with React/Angular/Vue, develop mobile experiences for iOS/Android, design RESTful APIs, participate in CI/CD, and ensure security, performance, and reliability across platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience developing web and mobile apps.
• Strong full-stack experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET, and modern web technologies.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue).
• Designing and integrating RESTful APIs with API security and error handling.
• Experience with microservices and SOA; scalable and loosely coupled components.
• Solid SQL/database design and data access patterns.
• Cloud experience with AWS or Azure for deployment and monitoring.
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools like GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jenkins.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, release management, and production support.
• Security best practices including OAuth2/OpenID Connect and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of web and mobile banking apps.
• Develop responsive, accessible online banking apps with React/Angular/Vue.
• Build mobile experiences for iOS and Android with focus on UX and security.
• Design/implement secure RESTful APIs and microservices for banking features.
• Maintain deployable microservices with contracts, resiliency, and monitoring.
• Implement server-side components with .NET/C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core.
• Integrate with core banking, payments, identity, and fraud services.
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD and cloud-ready architecture; mentor engineers.
