First Tech Federal Credit Union seeks an experienced Manager, Internal Audit - Compliance to lead a team of auditors and drive the risk-based audit plan. You will oversee planning, fieldwork, and testing, partner with leadership and regulators, and deliver actionable recommendations to strengthen controls.

Formación

• 5+ years of regulatory compliance risk experience in financial services.
• Experience leading a diverse team including coaching and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of CMS, regulatory change management, policies and procedures, training, monitoring and testing, and governance practices.
• Knowledge of consumer protection, lending, deposit operations, marketing compliance, and prudential regulatory requirements for credit unions and financial institutions.
• Ability to assess risk, evaluate internal controls, and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of auditors and manage engagements within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Oversee audit planning, fieldwork, and testing with clear leadership communication.
• Provide independent, risk-based recommendations to improve control environment.
• Coordinate with external auditors, regulators, and risk management partners.
