Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Inventory Fulfilment Coordinator to lead end-to-end IT hardware asset operations across the AMER region. You will own procurement, lifecycle management, CMDB integrity, and stockroom audits, collaborating with procurement, IT operations, and workplace teams to ensure accurate tracking and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT hardware asset management, end-user computing or IT operations.
• Bachelor's degree, technical qualification, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• Proven experience managing the full hardware asset lifecycle (procurement through decommissioning).
• Experience supporting global or multi-region environments.
• Hands-on experience using ServiceNow Asset Management and CMDB.
• Experience supporting or acting as an escalation point for junior coordinators or support teams.
• IT Asset Management (ITAM), ServiceNow or supply-chain related certifications are a plus.
• Experience working with vendors, logistics partners and internal procurement teams.

Responsibilities

• Place and manage IT hardware orders for AMER.
• Own the end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle, including provisioning, deployment, refreshment and secure decommissioning.
• Ensure accurate asset tagging, tracking and chain-of-custody throughout the lifecycle.
• Support and elevate ServiceNow asset-related tasks for regional and onsite coordinators.
• Maintain accurate and compliant asset and CI records within the ServiceNow CMDB.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation and remediation to ensure database accuracy.
• Conduct onsite and regional stockroom audits across AMER.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances, ensuring that stockroom processes align with audit, security and compliance requirements.
• Maintain documentation to support audit readiness and operational consistency.
• Assist with asset-related incidents and issue investigations by gathering, validating and documenting required information.
• Apply technical and operational expertise to resolve service disruptions in coordination with IT operations, workplace and security teams.
• Identify opportunities for improving asset lifecycle, inventory and CMDB processes.
• Create clear, concise and well-organized communication materials (procedures, guidelines, audit findings, status updates).
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when adopting new tools, processes or regional requirements.
