Job summary

Computacenter (UK) Ltd seeks a Global Stock Level Manager to oversee worldwide IT hardware inventory and movement, with a focus on North America and expansion. You will ensure service product availability across the global warehouse network and drive forecasting to prevent stockouts.

You will manage end-to-end ordering, asset records in SAP and ServiceNow, and partner with 3PLs and internal teams to optimize stock levels and data accuracy across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years preferred in Supply Chain or ITAM; 3+ years with progressive experience.
• Experience in IT services or hardware industries preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with SAP and ServiceNow.
• Advanced MS Excel and Power BI skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Willingness to travel; legally eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Maintain optimal stocking levels across global warehouse locations.
• Forecast shortages using tools and metrics; coordinate replenishment.
• Oversee end-to-end ordering from receipt to arrival.
• Maintain asset profiles in SAP and Service Now.
• Prepare forecast data for review with stakeholders.
• Conduct daily audits of stock levels.
• Reconcile inventory movements between systems.
• Monitor hardware throughput across storage locations.
• Identify bottlenecks and escalate delays.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners and business units.
• Lead regular cross-functional meetings.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions.
