Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Inventory Fulfilment Coordinator to join the Seattle onsite team. You will manage IT hardware orders for AMER, own the end-to-end asset lifecycle, and ensure accurate tagging and CMDB records for audit readiness.

This role requires 5+ years in IT hardware asset management, ServiceNow expertise, and experience in global environments. You will collaborate with procurement, IT operations, and security to maintain processes and resolve incidents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT hardware asset management, end-user computing or IT operations.
• Experience with ServiceNow Asset Management and CMDB.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience managing global or multi-region environments.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and procurement teams.

Responsibilities

• Place and manage IT hardware orders for AMER.
• Own asset lifecycle including provisioning, deployment, refresh, decommissioning.
• Maintain asset tagging, tracking and chain-of-custody.
• Support and expire ServiceNow tasks for regional coordinators.
• Maintain CMDB records and data quality.
• Conduct stockroom audits and resolve inventory variances.
• Prepare audit-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with IT operations, workplace and security to resolve issues.
