• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and maintain IT equipment across the Fulfillment Center.
• Handle RMA and repair process for devices under warranty.
• Support IT Technicians and Engineers on daily projects and activities.
