Qualifications

• 6+ years in a technical, digital role within pharma or life sciences.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; translate tech to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Servier’s portfolio of web and omnichannel assets and capabilities.
• Oversee MarTech platforms including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics.
• Collaborate with functional leads and creative agencies on new initiatives.
• Review sites for SEO and SEM effectiveness.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs and actionable plans.
• Engage with vendor teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
