Job summary

Servier is seeking an Associate Director of IT Applications Management for Market Access and Patient Services in a Boston-based hybrid role. You will lead the strategy, governance, and delivery of a connected portfolio of applications, spanning CRM, hub platforms, payer solutions, and analytics, while ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, life sciences, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in IT application management, digital product management, technology delivery, or a related role; preferably in pharma/healthcare.
• Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. Market Access and Patient Services processes, including payer access, reimbursement, affordability, hub services, and patient engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, delivery, and lifecycle management of Market Access and Patient Services application portfolio.
• Partner with leaders to simplify end-to-end journeys across benefits verification, prior authorization, reimbursement, and affordability programs.
• Design a connected, patient-centered ecosystem spanning CRM, hub platforms, payer solutions, data platforms, and analytics.
• Enable secure, interoperable data exchange across internal platforms and external partners with appropriate standards and APIs.
