Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. Market Access and Patient Services processes.
• Experience managing sensitive patient data and PHI/PII controls.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of Market Access and Patient Services apps.
• Partner with leaders to simplify end-to-end journeys across benefits, reimbursement, and affordability programs.
• Design a connected ecosystem spanning CRM, hub platforms, payer solutions, portals, and analytics.
• Enable secure data exchange across internal and external partners with healthcare standards.
• Lead automation, AI use cases with governance and human oversight.
• Translate business needs into prioritized product backlogs and adoption strategies.
• Lead vendor transitions and data migration with minimal disruption.
• Establish portfolio governance and release management.
