Job summary

Intuitive, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery, seeks a Sr. Manager, IT – Manufacturing applications in Sunnyvale, CA. This onsite role leads a team delivering manufacturing apps and integrates systems across plant-to-execution and quality functions.

You will partner with senior leaders, define roadmaps for Plant to Make, Engineering to Execution, and drive scale with SAP S4 and MES expertise. A strong background in medical device manufacturing and end-to-end supply chain is required.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing SAP S4 and MES in medical devices or high-tech manufacturing.
• Minimum 12+ years implementing planning systems.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing execution, inventory control, product quality and end-to-end execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and integration of manufacturing applications.
• Collaborate with senior leadership across IT and manufacturing operations.
• Develop roadmaps for Plant to Make, Engineering to Execution, Quality and Factory automation functions.
• Provide leadership in functional design and support of manufacturing and product quality apps.
• Act as IT partner for operations and drive change management.
