Qualifications

12+ years implementing and supporting SAP and supply chain solutions.
3+ years of people leadership experience.
In-depth knowledge of supply chain planning, procurement and logistics.
End-to-end supply chain experience: procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory.
Experience in medical device manufacturing or high-tech industries preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead design, implementation, and support of Global Logistics applications.
Establish SLAs and policies for system availability.
Organize the applications team for new and existing projects.
Collaborate with analysts, business leadership, SMEs and IT teams to support operations.
Facilitate change management and future state transitions.
Coach and develop team members; drive high performance across the group.
