Job summary
Alchemy, a leading Web3 infrastructure company, seeks a hands-on IT leader to own enterprise applications, integrations, and AI-driven automation. You will guide the IT team, configure systems, write integrations, and ship automations while maintaining reliable service and strategic delivery across the business.
You will collaborate with Sales, People Ops, Finance and Legal to redesign workflows around AI, implement scalable automation, and protect data with best-practice security and access
Qualifications
- Deep hands-on admin experience with enterprise SaaS apps and integrations.
- Experience managing technical staff including coaching, prioritization, hiring, and performance management.
- Ability to build and debug with APIs, scripting, and workflow platforms (n8n, Okta Workflows).
Responsibilities
- Own business applications and related integrations across Salesforce and People Ops tools.
- Develop API integrations, scripts, and workflows connecting apps and automating processes.
- Redesign workflows around AI and deploy agents and automations across teams.
- Manage IT team, set priorities, coach engineers, and balance service with projects.
- Improve AI capability and develop reusable tools and playbooks with engineers.
- Ensure reliable IT services including onboarding/offboarding, escalations, and support desks.
