Job summary

Alchemy is seeking a hands-on IT leader to build and run business systems, own enterprise applications, and guide the IT team. You will design integrations, automate workflows, and advance AI-enabled processes across Sales, People Ops, Finance, and Legal functions.

You will implement reliable systems, mentor engineers, and partner with stakeholders to balance cost, risk, and impact while delivering scalable solutions for a fast-growing Web3 platform.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering enterprise SaaS apps and building integrations.
• Strong Salesforce experience and ability to learn unfamiliar business systems.
• Experience managing technical staff with coaching and performance management.
• Ability to build and debug with APIs, scripting, and workflow platforms such as n8n or Okta Workflows, with testing practices.
• Evidence of shipping AI-enabled workflows used by others.
• Experience helping a team adopt new tools and working practices.
• Strong judgment on identity, access, and sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Own business applications and integrations; Salesforce and connected tools, People Ops systems, and other business apps.
• Build across systems with API integrations, scripts, and workflows; own testing, monitoring, and documentation.
• Redesign work around AI with cross-functional collaboration to deliver agents and automations.
• Manage the IT team; set priorities, coaching, hiring, and performance management.
• Raise the team's AI capability by building tools and runbooks with engineers.
• Keep IT service reliable through support, onboarding, escalations, and coverage.
• Own the application roadmap and spend; evaluate tools and vendor relationships.
