Job summary

Alchemy is seeking a hands-on IT leader to own enterprise applications and AI-enabled workflows. You will administer Salesforce, integrate systems, and build automations while coaching engineers and guiding performance. You’ll balance day-to-day IT service with strategic project work and vendor management.

You’ll lead a team, redesign processes with AI, and ensure reliable IT operations across Sales, People Ops, and Finance tools. This player-coach role shapes the company’s AI-enabled operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on enterprise SaaS admin experience with integrations.
• Strong Salesforce experience and ability to learn other systems.
• Experience managing technical staff: coaching, hiring, performance.

Responsibilities

• Own business applications and Salesforce ecosystem configurations.
• Write and maintain API integrations and automations.
• Redesign workflows around AI with cross-functional partners.
• Manage the IT team: priorities, performance, and development.
• Build AI-enabled workflows and ensure reliable operation.
• Oversee IT service quality, onboarding, and security boundaries.
• Own application roadmap, vendor relationships, and spend.
