Job summary

Regeneron seeks a Principal IT Applications Analyst to act as the principal liaison between lab-based business stakeholders and IT. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years work experience as Principal IT Applications Analyst.
• 10+ years work experience as Staff IT Applications Analyst.
• Experience with network diagnostics and CI/CD.
• Experience in regulated environments (GxP or 21 CFR Part 11) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 3 application support including root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
• Configure, test, and promote changes; support system integrations and data flow issues.
• Develop test documentation and provide audit evidence including access controls and data integrity.
• Translate business requests into defined, prioritized work and communicate with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior analysts and maintain runbooks to share knowledge across the team.
