Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 7+ years of IT application support, or 11+ years with a High School Diploma.
• Strong experience supporting complex software applications in production.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes.
• Experience with testing across multiple environments (dev, test, staging, prod).
• Experience deploying service releases, patches, and regulatory changes.
• Ability to communicate technical problems to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Gather detailed information on application design and workflows to propose solutions.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for system and operator issues.
• Monitor processes to proactively identify trends and address issues.
• Assist with implementations, configuration, and environment setup.
