Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of related IT experience or equivalent combo.
• Experience in application support and incident management.
• Ability to translate user needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting and support for software applications and users.
• Monitor processes and identify problem trends for improvement.
• Lead or assist with application deployments, patches, and configuration.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production errors.
• Support Planview configurations, workflows, and security roles.
• May serve as SME and mentor junior associates.
