Job summary
KARL STORZ North America in Auburn, MA is seeking an experienced IT Senior Analyst to partner with HR and IT, driving enterprise HR systems initiatives with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and LMS. You will lead complex projects, collaborate with global stakeholders, and deliver scalable HR technology solutions across the organization.
The role emphasizes designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors modules, leading large-scale deployments, and mentoring teammates
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, or equivalent.
- 5+ years IT analysis, business analysis, HR systems or related discipline.
- 5+ years hands-on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and LMS.
- Experience gathering requirements and delivering tech solutions with HR stakeholders.
- Understanding of SAP Cloud Integration / Integration Suite and HR system integrations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills; able to manage complex initiatives.
- Working knowledge of IT security standards, governance practices, and data protection requirements.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements for HR processes and system enhancements.
- Design, configure, implement, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors solutions focusing on Employee Central and LMS.
- Lead enterprise HR technology initiatives, including large-scale international SuccessFactors rollout projects.
- Collaborate with integration teams on SAP Cloud Integration/Integration Suite projects and interfaces.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards, data protection regulations, and internal governance.
- Mentor team members and promote best practices in business analysis and process improvement.
