Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent
• 5+ years IT/business analysis experience
• 5+ years supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and LMS
• Experience gathering requirements with HR stakeholders
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Integration / Integration Suite
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Goverance and data protection awareness

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR to gather and validate requirements for HR processes and system enhancements
• Design, configure, implement, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and LMS
• Lead enterprise HR tech initiatives including large-scale SuccessFactors rollouts
• Collaborate on SAP Cloud Integration / Integration Suite projects and interfaces
• Ensure IT security standards and data protection compliance
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in BA and process improvement
