• Evaluates IT systems for compatibility, usability, and performance within the overall environment.
• Collaborates with stakeholders, project teams, developers, and support groups to align solutions.
• Develops functional specifications and business rules to support technical design and development.
• Coordinates system testing, defect tracking, and user validation activities.
• Supports project planning, risk assessment, and implementation readiness.
