Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Owns assigned systems analysis deliverables from requirements gathering through solution validation.
• Analyzes business processes, data flows, and user requirements to identify gaps and improve efficiency.
• Designs process maps, flow charts, models, and functional documentation for current and future-state needs.
• Evaluates IT systems for compatibility, integration, usability, and performance.
• Collaborates with stakeholders, project teams, developers, and support groups to clarify requirements.
• Develops functional specifications and business rules supporting design and configuration.
• Coordinates system testing, defect tracking, and user validation activities.
• Supports project planning, risk assessment, and implementation readiness.
• Improves system and process performance through continuous improvements.
• Manages application issues, enhancement requests, upgrades, and ongoing support needs.
• Serves as system administrator for assigned applications, including SOX compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
