Job summary

Summit Human Capital is seeking an IT Business Analyst to support a client in the Greater Nashville Region within the manufacturing sector. The role focuses on gathering requirements, documenting business needs, and delivering IT solutions that improve operations in a regulated environment.

You will create BRDs, process flows, use cases, and test cases, act as a liaison between business and technical teams, and lead small projects to drive timely, cost-conscious go-lives with quality validation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years' experience as IT Business Analyst or PM, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead small projects and manage multiple priorities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem solver.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and influencing across diverse teams.
• Comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT solutions in manufacturing.

The hourly pay range for this position is $55 - $61, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
