WOOD Federal Solutions is seeking a Senior Information Security Officer to lead security for a large software development program, including maintenance, IT support, and lifecycle security. The role requires U.S. citizenship and a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and is based at Fort Meade, Maryland, in a day shift.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 10 years of ISSO experience.
• Experience with IAVA management and SSP documentation.
• Experience evaluating security for large software/IT programs.
• Knowledge of security tools, encryption, and hardening.
• Experience maintaining operational IA posture.
• Ability to develop security policies and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce information systems security policies and standards.
• Evaluate security solutions for multiple information types.
• Maintain CM for security software, hardware and firmware.
• Analyze threats and implement incident detection and remediation.
• Maintain system security plans and IA documentation.
• Support IAVA management and system security scans.
• Administer user identification and authentication mechanisms.
