Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support IC customers worldwide. The role focuses on RMF management, security architecture, and compliance across systems, networks, and applications.

You will collaborate with development teams, prepare artifacts, and present security plans to stakeholders in a mission‑critical environment. The ideal candidate has an active TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and 7+ years of DoD cybersecurity experience, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• 7+ years of DoD information systems security or cybersecurity experience.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II or higher (e.g., Security+).
• Active IAM Level III certification (CISSP/CEH/CASP).
• Hands-on Linux experience.
• Knowledge of RMF artifacts and tools (XACTA, ServiceNow).
• Familiarity with NIST 800-series, DISA STIGs/SRGs, and A&A processes.
• Experience with Nessus, ACAS, SCAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full RMF process.
• Identify RMF artifacts and upload to XACTA and ServiceNow.
• Develop security plans, policies, architectures, and design docs.
• Configure cybersecurity solutions to meet requirements.
• Create and deliver technical presentations to customers/stakeholders.
• Conduct risk analyses using CVEs, IAVAs, and related data.
• Support security compliance, asset onboarding, and app security assessments.
• Travel to CACI or customer locations as needed.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment per EH&S policies.
