Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) in Florida. You will lead the RMF process across programs, collaborating with development teams to prepare artifacts, and document security plans, architectures, and policies.

Expect to deliver technical briefings and support compliance activities across sensitive defense systems. You will assess risks using CVEs and IAVAs, apply NIST/DoD frameworks, and work with tools like XACTA, ServiceNow, Nessus, and ACAS.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum seven years of DoD information systems security/cybersecurity experience.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II or higher certification (e.g., Security+).
• Active IAM Level III certification (e.g., CISSP/CASP).
• Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of XACTA, ServiceNow, and risk assessment tools/methodologies.
• Strong understanding of NIST 800 Series, DoD 8140, DISA STIGs/SRGs, and A&A processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full RMF process.
• Collaborate with system development teams to identify RMF artifacts and upload them into XACTA and ServiceNow.
• Develop security plans, policies, architectures, and design documents.
• Configure and implement cybersecurity solutions meeting customer requirements.
• Create and deliver technical presentations to customers and stakeholders.
• Conduct risk analyses using CVEs, IAVAs, and related security information.
• Support security compliance operations, asset onboarding, and application security assessments.
• Travel to CACI or customer locations as needed.
