Job summary

QED Systems, LLC is seeking an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to support the Army RMF program at Fort Hood, TX. The role focuses on applying RMF controls, risk assessment, and ensuring compliance for DoD systems.

The ideal candidate will have Army RMF experience, an active Top Secret/SCI eligibility, and strong communication skills. This is a full‑time, on‑site role with travel as needed and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing DoD RMF controls and evaluating security requirements.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills with ability to brief stakeholders.
• Direct experience with Army RMF processes and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support and research in RMF requirements for the Army RMF process.
• Serve as ISSO/ISSE on Army POR/QRC products and provide guidance on cybersecurity implementation.
• Assess security control requirements and develop compliant technical solutions and recommendations.
