Job summary

Lockheed Martin RMS CCS in Honolulu, HI seeks an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to ensure compliance with RMF and DoD information security requirements on classified systems across DoW programs. You will coordinate with government partners, manage ATOs, conduct risk assessments, and implement security controls, while supporting continuous monitoring and incident response.

This role offers exposure to a broad cyber discipline in a large enterprise and a path to professional growth

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• DoD8570/8140 IAT Level II certification.
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanners, SIEM and audit tools.
• Experience leading RMF processes to secure Authorizations to Operate (ATO).
• Experience with DAAG, NISPOM, NIST SP800-53 and STIGs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage interactions with government partners to maintain 100% ATO status.
• Oversee technical administration of information systems per RMF and security requirements.
• Develop and implement government-approved security procedures for classified systems.
• Communicate, implement, and manage a formal cybersecurity program.
• Conduct risk assessments and investigations of cybersecurity incidents.
