Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support the Air Force Weapons effort at Eglin AFB, FL. The role covers all phases of information systems security, including ATOs, continuous monitoring, and RMF responsibilities.

Qualified candidates will have US citizenship, a Master’s degree or 12+ years of relevant experience, DoW 8570.01-M certification (Security+ CE minimum), and a final Top Secret clearance. On-site at Eglin AFB with 10–20% travel.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Master's degree in CS or related field, or 12+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• DoW 8570.01-M certification required (Security+ CE minimum).
• Final DoW Top Secret clearance required at hire and maintained.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all phases of information systems security programs for networks.
• Develop, update, and manage Authorization to Operate (ATO) packages and eMASS records.
• Execute continuous monitoring and review of audit logs and vulnerability scans.
• Implement DISA STIGs/SRGs and verify security controls per NIST RMF.
• Draft, review, and maintain System Security Plans (SSP) and POA&Ms.
