Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Indianapolis, IN seeks an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to support multiple defense programs and defend corporate security standards.

The role requires managing SSP/POAM artifacts, audits, sustainment tasks, and daily interactions with internal and external customers. A TS clearance or ability to obtain is required, with a preferably hands-on ISSO/ISSM background and DoD IAM IC certifications.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 7+ years or higher education with experience.
• Bachelor’s with 5+ years of experience; Master’s with 3+ years if degree held.
• In lieu of a degree, at least 9 years of relevant security experience.
• Active DoD TS clearance or ability to obtain/maintain one, US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain System Security Plans (SSP) and POAMs.
• Conduct system self-inspections, audits, and oversight.
• Perform sustainment activities: changes, accounts, file transfers, patching.
• Interface with internal/external customers regularly.
• Manage time, priorities, and provide sound security solutions.
