Job summary

Leidos LLC seeks a Senior Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to oversee cybersecurity for DISA-provided networks and services. The role involves managing RMF, ATO processes, continuous monitoring, and security documentation across cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will hold DoD security certifications (CISSP/CISM), deep RMF/NIST knowledge, and experience with eMASS, PPSM, and IAVA actions. US Secret clearance required for U.S. government work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
• CISSP, CISM, or similar cybersecurity certification.
• Deep knowledge of DoD cybersecurity policies, RMF, NIST 800-53, and ICD 503.
• Experience building/maintaining an ATO for enterprise systems.
• Experience with risk management, vulnerability assessments, and security engineering.
• Strong ability to communicate security findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage RMF lifecycle and ATO for supported systems.
• Provide ISSM, FISMA, and C&A support.
• Conduct security control assessments using eMASS and PPSM.
• Maintain eMASS records and POA&Ms per approvals.
• Coordinate cybersecurity activities for interim/final authorization tests.
• Produce security plans, test plans/reports, and authorization materials.
• Lead governance and reporting on security architecture and IA objectives.
• Prepare documentation and briefings for DISA reviews.
