Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Senior Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) to support SSP Program Offices and non-enterprise systems. The role will involve requirements analysis, design, development, and integration of cybersecurity architectures to ensure system resilience.

Travel to SPHQ and field activities is expected, with on-site responsibility at NSWC Crane. Required are a BS in a related field with 5+ years of experience, Security+ or equivalent, and the ability to obtain TS/CNWDI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification.
• OS/CE certificate of training as required by Command CWF-PM.
• Must be able to obtain TS/CNWDI US Government clearance; Interim Secret clearance to start.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply requirements for large-scale projects.
• Support Program Office Technical Lead and ISSE discussions.
• Interact with Program Offices and contractors via meetings and teleconferences.
• Coordinate with SSP stakeholders and assessments for proposals and TI meetings.
• Develop System Security Plans detailing security controls for each system.
• Support SSP DoW Acquisition process documentation and evidence.
