Amentum seeks a Senior Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) to support SSP program offices. The role focuses on embedding cybersecurity requirements in system designs, risk-aware decision making, and ensuring secure architectures for non-enterprise systems.

Onsite at NSWC Crane with regular travel to SPHQ or Field Activities. Ideal candidates hold a BS in engineering, Security+ or equivalent, OS/CE training, and the ability to attain TS/CNWDI clearance; 40%+ travel is expected.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification.
• OS/CE certificate of training as dictated by Command CWF-PM.
• Ability to obtain and maintain TS/CNWDI US Government Clearance; Interim Secret to start; US citizenship required.
• Willing and able to travel 40% or more.
• Graduate degree in Cybersecurity or CISSP/CISM (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Develop and apply requirements for large-scale or service-specific pilot projects.
• Support the Program Office Technical Lead identifying issues and action items in ISSE discussions.
• Interact with Program Offices and contractors via teleconferences and on-site meetings.
• Coordinate with SSP representatives and contractors through assessments and technical meetings.
• Support development of technical presentations and provide comments on content.
• Develop System Security Plans detailing implemented controls for each system.
• Support Program Office acquisitions for Cyber Security strategies and E/OQE artifacts.
• Work with SSP programs to develop lifecycle plans.
