Job summary

The GARRETT GROUP is seeking a Senior ISR Modeling & Simulation Specialist to provide advanced expertise in high-fidelity modeling and analysis of global ISR systems and TCPED processes. This role offers leadership in projects and collaboration with DoD and IC operations.

Responsibilities include leading physics-based simulation efforts, performing system-of-systems analyses, and developing ISR ETL tools with Python, Perl, HTML, C++, Java, and Visual Basic. Active TS/SCI clearance required.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of physics-based, discrete-event, high-fidelity modeling and simulation experience for global ISR systems and TCPED processes.
• 4 years of current experience (within the past 5 years) modeling and analyzing military ISR architectures, systems and TCPED processes.
• 1 year of current experience (within the past 4 years) conducting military war game or theater campaign modeling.
• Proficiency with common analysis tools and data extraction/ETL concepts; strong programming skills across multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex physics-based modeling and simulation efforts for global ISR systems and TCPED processes.
• Analyze system-of-systems architectures, environmental factors, and operational behaviors to inform ISR modernization strategies.
• Execute war games and theater-level campaign modeling to evaluate ISR contributions within broader operations.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance ISR data ETL tools using Python, Perl, HTML, C++, Java, and Visual Basic.
• Produce analytic papers, briefings, and data-driven assessments for senior decision-makers.
• Lead project activities, coordinate analytic workflows, and perform technical reviews for rigor and accuracy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clearly articulate requirements and findings to technical and operational stakeholders.
