Job summary
Arcfield is seeking a senior GEOINT professional to perform remote sensing analysis, trade studies, and modeling & simulation analysis. You will work with Python, Tableau, Matlab, and STK to develop simulations and assess system performance against requirements.
The role requires TS/SCI clearance with adjudicated polygraph, advanced degrees, and extensive experience in geospatial engineering, analysis projects, and leadership.
Qualifications
- Must have current TS/SCI Clearance with adjudicated polygraph.
- BS with 8-10 years related experience, MS with 6-8 years of related experience, PhD with 3-5 years of related experience in engineering or data science.
- In depth experience in one or more disciplines such as Geolocation Accuracy, Sensor Engineering, Orbit Mechanics, Functional Availability.
- Experience with Modeling & Simulation Analysis and related tool sets.
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills with ability to explain technical issues clearly.
Responsibilities
- Perform GEOINT remote sensing analysis trades and studies across spacecraft platforms and sensor phenomenology.
- Develop and operate simulations and models for trade studies and assessments of system performance.
- Lead data analysis, modeling, and visualization efforts using Python, MATLAB, and Tableau.
- Present findings and recommendations to management and customers.
- May supervise staff and schedule work to meet deadlines.
- Define work processes, project plans, and resource estimates.
