Job summary

The Garrett Group in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior ISR Modeling & Simulation Specialist to provide advanced technical expertise in high‑fidelity modeling, simulation, and analysis of global ISR systems and TCPED processes. This senior role supports development, assessment, and optimization of ISR capabilities while guiding project teams in DoD and Intelligence Community operations.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in physics-based modeling, 4+ years in ISR architectures, and at least 1 year

Qualifications

• 10+ years of physics-based, discrete-event, high-fidelity modeling experience.
• 4+ years modeling ISR architectures, TCPED processes in DoD/IC.
• 1 year recent experience in military war game or theater campaign modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex physics-based modeling and simulation efforts for global ISR systems.
• Analyze ISR architectures, environments, and TCPED processes to inform modernization.
• Perform war games and campaign modeling to evaluate ISR contributions.
• Develop and maintain ISR ETL tools and data pipelines in Python, Perl, HTML, C++, Java, and Visual Basic.
• Produce analytic papers and briefings for senior decision-makers.
• Lead analytic workflows and coordinate reviews for rigorous results.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and clearly communicate methodologies.
